~HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR CERAMICS~

Although these pieces are made to last for many years, please handle with care. All handmade pottery can be fragile in nature, and Trove Shoppe cannot be held responsible for breaks in the future. All glazes and clay used are food and drink safe. Pieces are also microwave safe but please use caution as they may become hot to the touch! And although each piece is dishwasher safe, gentle, nonabrasive hand washing is recommended as sudden changes in temperature may cause stress to the piece. Feel free to reach out with any further care questions or concerns at any time!

~RETURNS & EXCHANGES~

All sales are considered final – at this time I cannot offer refunds or exchanges. 

Ceramics are properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping, however, should any damage occur please take a photo immediately and contact me within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work together to find a solution, whether it be an item refund (minus shipping) or a replacement piece (note: As many of my pieces are one-of-a-kind, your replacement may not be exactly the same as your original, but I will do my best to find a solution that works on both ends :)

Domestic shipping within the United States is available at checkout. All orders are shipped from Seattle, Washington. Local pickup is an option and is encouraged. All in-stock items will ship within 4 business days.
