Q: I live in (blank) do you ship there?

A: Trove Shoppe currently ships anywhere within the United States :)

 

Q: I live in the Seattle area, can I pick up my order?

A: Yes! Local pick up is available and encouraged. Please see additional pick up info here.

 

 Q: Do you do wholesale and/or custom orders?

A: Yes! At this time I am taking a limited number of custom and wholesale orders. Please send a message to get started:  hello@troveshoppe.com 

 

   

Q: Why is shipping so expensive?

A: The weight, size and destination of an order all are factors in the shipping price. Extra care is required to package each order to ensure it arrives safely. It’s the price that must be paid for having heavy objects delivered to your door :/ 

 

Q: Help! I was in the process of purchasing a piece and it was suddenly sold out!

A: Sadly, having an item in your cart does not hold it for you. If another person with the same item completes their transaction then it will immediately become unavailable (even if you had it in your cart). There’s unfortunately no way around this.
